I was contacted by them by a woman called Sara Marks. She claimed they had a buyer for my timeshare in Fl and a 20% deposit was being held. I neede to sign a contract with UEI and send a bank check to them and a signed contract would be sent backI did as they requested and received back the signed contract. Tje wait time was 90 days. I was in contact with UIE many times but at the end of the 90 days nothing had happened. I called and emaild many times but they refused to take my calls or replyto my emails. It seems that they are still in business I really can't understand why.
