DO NOT sign a contract with Urban Active. Here's Why? They will mislead you by telling you one thing to get you to sign up and then put in your contract another. If you ever have a problem with your membership, such as double billing for the month on your credit card account from Urban Active, no one at the clubs will help you and home office billing department does not have a phone number or a way to contact them for help. You are screwed. Want out of your contract, well that will cost you dearly to say the least. Read the contract, its there in very small print.
