I placed an order for their 14 day trial kit on 16 January. I was informed that it had been shipped on 18 January. I did not receive it and informed them and cancelled my order on 31 January by email. My credit card was charged on 28 February and and on 29 March. Today (7 April) I received a jar of PuraSilk in the mail.
