I ordered the Channel 4 trial offer on 04/18 and paid up front. I received the products after 13 days on 04/29 with a note to say I had 14 days from ordering to cancel the trial and send back the remaining product or be charged £64.95 for each of them. I phoned immediately 04/29 and cancelled my trial which I was told was accepted.
05/16 I received a call from my bank regarding the two £64.95 payments being possible fraud. These were taken despite my cancellation call to the number they gave for this purpose. I now am trying to contact them again to get the offer cancelled.
