I ordered the product, for their 14 day trial of 4.95 shipping... On August 25. On September 6 I emailed them as I had not received my product and was wondering when it would arrive... Still waiting for an email back from them. I finally received the product on September 10. On September 11 I called and inquired as to whether or when I would be charged the full amount. The customer service lady told me that I already was. I said but I thought it was a 14 day trial for free (less the 4.95) she said yes but it starts when you order. I told her that I ordered on August 25 and received it on September 10. I told her that how am I suppose to take advantage of a trial if I have no product to try... She said she would send my complaint to the "refund department" and they will approve or deny my refund... Seriously!
