I ordered a purasilk & bellagenix trial pack in January. I've got both the trial packs in February. And all of the sudden, my credit card due in Mac 2013 was billed again for USD99.95 from Purasilk International, & another USD99.95 from Bellagenix International USA. I did not get the product for these second billing, and i did not order for it. I only ordered the trial packs, which i have paid USD4.95 & USD3.95 respectively. I must admit I didnt read their terms and conditions. I didnt even see them. If I knew before what I know now I would never bought this produkt. For this price I could have a new face but I dont have it and niether my money.
Has enybody succeed with complain?
