I placed an order on line, and only wanted 1 item, and I received 4. I called 3times and it was a call center, with in 10 minutes of the order, to have it cancelled. I Couldn't understand anyone and finally got one girl on the 3rd. Try and she told me she would cancelled the order and credit my charge card. I received the order 3 days ago. It was charged to my charge acct. I want to return this order and get my refund. Can I trust them to credit my account, if I return the merchandise? Would appreciate any help.
