Fraudulent billing, ripoff return practices, double charged me and won't refund me a dime

I purchaed an item from mobilecity online over the weekend. As I was in the purchasing process, a problem occurred with my credit card billing information in that my ZIP did not match the ZIP associated with my credit card. I had just updated my address with the bank two days previous to my purchase. As such, my order was not fulfilled and they sent me an email telling me I have to contact customer service in order to finalize the purchase, otherwise it will be cancelled. Being Saturday night, I couldn't contact them for another day and I wanted my item expressed out to me so I could have it ASAP. I went ahead and made another order with my old address and it worked perfectly.

I called customer service Monday morning and they told me my first order was cancelled. I received my item on time and was happy about that but the next day at my other address, I received another one. Yep, the fulfilled the order despite their email and phone call. I refused the package and had it sent back immediately. Mobilecity returned the package to me! They refused my refused package. Wow.

I called them up and told them they double charged me and all I wanted was to return the item because I don't want two of them. Additionally, I wanted to return both because the item didn't work. They told me to just send it back... Yeah... So I did. And I got it back AGAIN. I went away on military business and when I got home, there for me was my package AGAIN. I called again and they said I didn't have an RMA and at this point they say they won't give me one. I did everything I could, even tried disputing it through my bank and they were no help at all.

So, here I am double charged for two items, of which I want none of and they won't accept my return, they won't talk to me on the phone anymore (they hang up) and they won't respond to my emails. They also won't own up to the emails they sent me. Mobilecity evidently thinks it's alright to charge people more than once for crappy products that you can't return.
