I placed an order with IGadget.com on 12/19/05 for a 12 volt heated blanket. IGadget.com sent an e-mail on 12/20/05 informing me that the order was cancelled due to the affiliate not being able to fill the order. On 12/23/05 the order that was cancelled arrived at my home from DAS Distributors.
Since the order had been cancelled by IGadget.com I placed an order with a more reputable company and received the product.
I contacted DAS and they told me that I had to contact IGadget.com for returns, which I did. When I let them know that I wanted to return the blanket and have the charge removed from my credit card all communication stopped; contact by e-mails were not answered, phone calls (mailbox full), and faxes ignored.
I am warning others not to do business with this deceitful company or their affiliates. At this time, they have refused to remove the charge from my credit card.
