I ordered a puppet from this company and found out right after I ordered it that it wasn't the one my daughter wanted so the same day within a few hours of ordering the puppet I cancelled the order. The next day someone from the company called me and asked me why I had cancelled order and I told them it was wrong item and we was getting item elsewhere and she assured me order was cancelled. Then a week or so later I got cancelled order in mail and charged to my credit card. I ask them to send me a pre paid label to return item and they refude and also called me a liar saying I didn't cancel order online. My family was here with me and they know I cancelled order and got phone call from company. Don't do business with these people.
