I went on to this website 2 weeks ago to check out the keyboard for my dad. You had to put in all your credit card info first. I put in an order for 2 keyboards then realized it was buy one get one and my order was for 4. I only wanted 2 at the most. I never placed the order, I just closed out of the website. Today my checking account was charged for $61.70. When I called customer service they said the orded could not be cancelled because it was in processing to be shipped. I could refuse the order and get a refund or take out what I wanted from the order and ship the rest back for a refund. I would have to pay shipping. I NEVER PLACED THE ORDER! This site is a scam! Not sure what I'll do because I don't trust them to return my money.
