I have been charged late fees on the car for four years, I have called them so many times to get my payments reduced because I have lost my job, and i have incurred these charges since i have had this car. They will not change my payment dates that would have suited my paydays, and all they tell me is that its a one time thing, and I have had it with them. I have had this car for four years now.
