On May 15 two payments were taken off my account in the amount of $ 285.38, this placed my account in overdraft, incurring an overdraft fee of $35.00. I called Santander and I was asked to fax the bank info. Showing the payments and the fees, and a refund will take place within 24 hrs. I checked my bank account, and there is no refund. I called Santander again, and got the worst customer experience ever, the person on the other line seemed to be very distracted and giggled the entire time, was not paying attention to my questions; told me that I will have to wait over 45 days to get my money back, and hanged up on me. I went the online chat and got the same very poor customer service, the person on the chat told me that it can take up to seven days. Does any of your customer care people know what they are talking about?

At this point what is going on I call it stilling. I will place a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It is not enough that almost nothing is going towards my car payment and it takes 10 years to pay off an old car, I already paid over $ 10000 dollars, but now extra payments are taken off. I had to borrow money so my account will not keep getting overdraft fees. Is Santander going to pay off for all the inconveniences created to me? I think that I already paid off my car, and I will leave these matters up to a judge to decide if I have to pay Santander a penny more.
