Bought leather sofa set 5/29/10, delivered 7/23/10. Three months ago the two pillow backs started to wrinkle, bubble, and now peal top layer of leather off. I paid extra for "protection" for each piece. Am now told that was for cleaning the fabric only. The entire package was 3750.62, cash. Now they will "give" me 340.00 credit toward a new sofa, or 790.00 toward new set. I see their standard warrenty is only a year, but I thought I was getting an extended warrenty, but they claim NO. This looks like defective leather. Should last longer than 2 years. I would like a new sofa, OR two new backs for this sofa.
