Purchased leather sectional sofa w/warrently 9/3/05. Leather started to split and crack on only one part of the sofa shortly after the 1st year of having it. The problem started about 1 year and 4 months. The other part of the sofa is fine not one crack at all.
I've had the service plan here again in 08 because it is now split open. They would not touch it. The Tecn. Did thell me the has seen the same problem w/this same product and style.
I was told when I bought the sofa it was quality 100% Italian Leather. Problems like this does not happen shortly after one year if it was quality.
I did report Jennifer Leather to the BBB and they wanted to settle by offering me a refund for what I paid for my warrenty $199.00. I am insulted and feel that Jennifer Leather deserves a bad reputation.
I am not satified wit he companys response and contunue to keep my complaint open with the BBB. With the name Jennifer Leather you would think that you would be dealing with a store that sold good leather furniture. I would not reccommend anyone to buy anything from Jennifer Leather. They will get Ripedoff.
