We also purchased a full 5 year blanket coverage. The sale rep told us that even if we accidentally cut the leather it will be fully covered.
The sale rep told us that it was leather. But last week when I called to have the supposed leather repaired the lady told me that is was vinyl!
What a surprise. I kept a copy of the add and it clearly indicates in bold letters that is is made of leather.
This is a request to have my sofa repaired no charge due to the misleading advertisement and the warranty which we paid for no protection.
If this is not done I will take all possible measures to get it done.
I will file a complaint with BB and Consumers Canada and go to small claims court if I have to.
