I filed my 2011 taxes with them and never recieve my refund i contact the irs and they said they do not have a record of me filing my 2011 tax return i feel like turbotax mislead me i contacted them on the internet becausce i filed on the internet and i will have to pay addiontional money to get my refund i though once i filed it on the internet it would accoulmated go to the irs so thats is why i feel like turbotax mislead me this is my second time filling a complaint with the better business bureau about turbotax on
