I recently purchased an autographed baseball from sports memorabilia. I was contacted via email that there was a smudge on the autograph and it did not meet their requirements. They offered me other merchandise and to refund the remaining balance. I decided not to purchase the other merchandise and opted for a full refund. Liana was extremely helpful and has great customer service skills. I love that they will only send quality products to their customers! I will definitely recommend and use them in the future!
