Before the autographed print that I purchased had shipped, I received an email from Liana Roman stating that they had detected an imperfection in the item I had chosen. Wow. Has that EVER happened in the history of retail?! Actual quality control BEFORE the item is delivered?! I was impressed. Liana explained that I could pick another item, or, for a small fee, purchase a larger print of the same item that I had originally wanted. So I upgraded the print and Liana gave me complimentary 2 day shipping. My husband is going to be so surprised and happy!
