We have been wioth directv for over 10 years and they service we get is just now getting poor. We will be watching a tv show and the picture will freeze and then go blank. We contacted directv and they said it was the box and they would sendus another one. When we got the new one it is has the same problem. We have compalined for months to them and they keep telling us it is us that is messing it up. How can we mess up the signal. The refurbished box is just as bad as the original. We feel that is the service if they figure we will get sick of it and simply upgarde to the new more expensive unit. Does anyone else have this problem?
