I have had about 9 cell companies over the about 16 years that I have had cell phone. The last 8 years I have had Sprint. I have had my ups and downs with Sprint. For a while once I went with a "smart" phone I did have a few problems. I did think many times to leave Sprint but after calling customer service of many companies, Sprint it up above the others, hands down. I did stay with Sprint because of that and glad I did. There was a time, it seems they were working with their towers, well I guess they have made it through their growing pains as mine cell service can not be better. When i say that, out and about I did not have a problem with service! All, no matter who you are or the service provider you have or the phone you have, ya might have problems. I have the Airave and now that the towers in my area are up to date all is good!!! Stay with them, Sprint and you can't loose. Do what you want but this is the voice of experience. It is the customer service that held me on and glad I did. I have nothing to do with Sprint except being a satisfied customer, if you give them a chance...
