I placed an order with them, waited till the maximum time I should have received my order, I called them only to find they had not shipped yet, I cancelled my order and bought elsewhere, I then received an email they shipped my order, without my authorization, and charged my credit card $80.99 on two different occasions, I was then told they would not refund until the shipment came back to them in good condition, once they received the return they would put the money back on my card TEN DAYS AFTER THAT! I received no service from them yet, since they had my credit card number, they stole money from me. It has been over a month now. I am filing a lawsuit in my State against them along with numerous other actions I will be taking.
