Placed an online order with mothernature.com on 12.7.09... Received a shipping confirmation on 12.8.09 with the UPS tracking #.
After trying to track this package on 12.16.09, UPS informed me that while they had received billing information for this package, the package had never been shipped and they advised me to contact the shipper (mothernature.com) for information.
Called mothernature.com, held for 30 minutes at least... When a person finally came to the phone I felt like I was talking to a really depressed robot. Displaying no concern whatsoever, she asked me if I wanted a refund. I told her I wanted to know if the order had shipped. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. When she came back on the phone she said it had not shipped and repeated her initial question. I told her to cancel the order and to see that my credit card acct. Was reimbursed.
This was my first and last experience with mothernature.com. Of course I checked my credit card statement online and, of course, they had debited my account on the date they claimed to have shipped the order (12.8)
