Microsoft's "Pc Power Speed" program offering computer cleaning and maintenance for a fee, keeps blocking up whenever I try to use the internet. It has now successfully blocked my ability to access the internet.
I spoke with a tech rep at the suggested phone number (877-262-8608) and someone took over my computer to try to erase the program, but it continues to pop up, blocking my use of my computer and compromising its programs. What recourse do I have?
