I placed an order and didn't receive the product after 5 weeks. I emailed, and they said they'd put out a trace. *How can they trace a package when they claim that there's no tracking number? * I told them I'd file a claim with my credit card co, so they told me that they'd refund my money and stated, "We will contact USPS and have the package rerouted back to the supplier." Again, how can they contact the USPS with no tracking number? Answer: they never sent the product in the first place.

At best, they're just scamming you for the money you paid for their "product". At worst, they're going to use your credit card info for fraudulent charges or identity theft. They could also use/sell your email address for phishing scams. If you've done business with them: 1. Call your credit card company and report your credit card as stolen. 2. File a "chargeback" with your credit card company. 3. DO NOT follow links in any suspicious-looking email—even if it appears to be from your bank, UPS, Federal Express, Facebook, or class-action lawsuits (instead, call the sender of the email or go directly to their site). DVD Gator already has your name, address, and credit card info. All they need is your social security number and they can start opening credit accounts in your name.
