Dish has been falsely advertising to many zip codes that their Hopper device will provide service in their area when they are aware that these services are not available, but, still charging customers and will not allow them to get out of contract. I have spent hours on the phone and after speaking the word "lawyer" and "lawsuit" was referred to department that was never offered in past. Complete false advertising and lack of promised services. Was offered movie certificates and a five dollar reduction in bill. Thousands have been deceived by installers that are aware the Hopper will not work in the area, but even after talking to Dish the fact that their satellites are not set up to work in the area are not disclosed.
