Dishnetwork Joey/Hopper sling issue with television blacking out

I have had a Hopper with a sling and two joeys installed two weeks ago. Since then the two televisions hooked to the Joeys loose the picture and sound after 1 hour or so. I have been in contact with Dish Network since the problem has occurred. The five technicians that have come out to my house have replaced the LNB, the cables from the dish to a switch on the siding on my house, they replaced two switches out side, the cable from the switch to the hopper, the hopper has been replaced, the Joeys have been replaced. They feel that it is a software issue, which the engineers are working on. I do not know how long I can take the remote and go to the guide go up one channel, then back to what I was watching, sometimes this does not work, so I have to take the smart card out of the Hopper and reinsert it. I was trying to watch a program on demand in the kitchen or bedroom last night and the sound and picture would become distorted. My wife and myself are very frustrated with Dish Network. What else can I do?
