I ordered a Samsung computer from Amazon and had a similar to one I had when I ordered a Samsung TV from Amazon:
1. I ordered the Computer with two day shipping and received a notice that the computer was not available but would be shipped in late February.
2. I went online on 1/27 and saw the computer was listed as 9 available. I asked how I could get my order filled via online chat with Amazon.
3. Amazon had no explanation why the computer is listed as available and why I can't get mine sent.
4. I asked for someone to complain to at Amazon, but have not heard back from them.
5. This is similar to the situation I had in 2012 when I ordered a TV from Amazon, only to find it would be shipped in 6 weeks after paying for two day delivery.
It should not be legal to advertise a product as availale when it is not. I will try to get a refund if I find the machine elsewhere and I won't seek compensation or damages if I get the refund, but this practice has to stop. I could have gotten the machine in Manhattan from Datavision if Amazon had been honest.
