Now this I just don't understand.
I ordered a pair of shoes from an outside vendor on Amazon. On Amazon they listed the item as in stock and will ship in three to four business days. I was charged and send a note saying my order was being processed. A full WEEK later I recveived another notice saying the item was no longer in stock and I would receive a refund. It took TWO WEEKS longer to get my money back. I don't know who to blame, Amazon or the vendor? Who's in charge of the way things get listed on the site? Amazon or the vendor?
