Every time I have placed an order from Amazon, I got it and it was usually a day earlier than expected. The best part is shipping is free (2 days with Prime) and NO SALES TAX! I have only ordered once from the marketplace and had no trouble as well, but you do have to pay shipping. I try to keep my purchases from Amazon if I can so I know I'll get it quick. I can't say the same for Kohl's.com!
