So far, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones ordering from this company. I ordered a camera and received an order confirmation stating this order does not constitute a final offer or contract, etc., which I found very strange. You are left not knowing if your order is going to be processed or not. It said, orders can take 3-5 business days for processing time. After more than 5 business days, I called and was told the order was still in processing and that I would get an email shortly with shipping info. Another 5 days passed, no emails came so I decided to just cancel my order as I found their business practices to be unacceptable. They did send 2 emails confirming my request to cancel my order and so far they haven't charged my account, but I am very nervous about this company; especially after researching and finding hundreds of complaints. A word to the wise, research before buying... Something I should have done first and will from now on!
