Refuses to cancel "processing" order

Within 10 minutes of placing an order with Instrument Alley, the status of my order was listed as "processing". When I clicked on the view my order / change order button my order is "in the final stages of processing or shipped". How can an order be in the final stages of processing within 10 minutes of placing it? Problem is that it's now 5 days later and still in the final stages of processing or shipped.instrument Alley has not at this point charged my card. My request is to have this order cancelled as it is obviously not further processed than it was on the day I made the order. I have ordered a similar item from Music123 today and have already received an order confirmation. So, why does it take Instrument Alley so long to "process" an order? The item I ordered was listed as IN STOCK. They conveniently hide the ridiculously long processing time on a page that a customer would not normally see. The point is that this order is still in the same processing mode as it was in 5 days ago. Do not order from this company as they do not answer their phone, take the weekends and random weekdays off and refuse to cancel orders that are in no way close to being shipped. BTW I'm pretty sure that this company is a one man band. We live in the digital age; no amount of processing in the world could justify a 5 day delay on shipment of an IN STOCK item.
