I orderd some gear from them on 5/30 and they charged my credit card at that very moment. I kept checking the status of my order they said it is processing day after day processing. Seven days later I tried to cancel my order and their website would not cancel. I wrote them a detailed email expressing my desire to cancel, but their system said emails will take 3-4 days to get read! 8 days in I called their customer service and it was a "nightmare" refusing to cancel my order and when pressed for when they would ship my stuff if at all she would not say. 9 days in I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges because I have decided they have no intention of shipping anything to me—just keeping my money—My credit card company said it could take up to 90 days for a case worker to get to my file.
10 days in and my order is still processing and no communication from them except for one email telling me they would not cancel my order.
I am calling my cedit card company again!
Trust me do not be fooled by their nice looking website—they will take your money and hold you hostage.
I have warned you, my battle continues
