Purchased Zumba Exhilarate 7 Disc DVD set on 1-4-13... Ordered online. It arrived 1-18-13 from China. The invoice is completely in Chinese. Viewed the DVDs and discovered they are completely corrupted... Impossible to use. I contacted the company that very night by creating a 'ticket' explaining. They had already removed the item from their 'catalog'. Their only response was to say file a return request. I could not without a product code; which is unavailable due to removal of item from catalog & Chinese invoice. I have repeatedly requested the 'product code'. No response. There is no option provided to contact this company beyond what I have been using.
