Received Watch that does not work, company refuses to return e-mails about issue and charges

Purchased a wind up watch from this site. It arrived from China with the Seller/Shipper information all in Chinese. The watch arrived and upon winding does not work. Slight shaking of the watch sounds as if a component (s) is broken inside the watch or has come lose. The watch price was stated as $77. When I ordered the watch and provided the information, a notification from Visa came back transaction not approved, however the charge plus a foreign exchange fee made the total purchase nearly $100. This company shows an Icon of a "Live Assistant" but ALWAYS shows offline forcing you to leave a message that goes to a G-Mail account. The company will not respond to my e-mails. Furthermore the watch was received with NO packing information on how to operate the watch, a copy of my invoice... No paperwork. It would appear they have fulfillment centers, probably mostly in China, that provide their product so even if I could return have no way to decipher the Senders information in Chinese. This was to be a wedding gift to the future husband of my daugher and now it appears I have a piece of low grade watch. Their website is most impressive with all brands of watches I am astounded they are non-responsive as I have seen their site out there for months. Buyers use another source.
