SIM DVD Superstore
Ordered 9 disney dvds and received 5 from Thailand with oriental language on them. Five attemps to contanct them were in vain. No telephone number appear on the site

I ordered 9 dvds from Sim dvd and only receiced 5, and they appear to be in chinese. The package came from Thailand. I made Five attemps to contac them from the their"contact us" link with no response. I cannot find the company on the internet, though they came up in a search I did for disney dvds on December 2.

I want a response and an explanation forthe foreign writing on the movies and thefour missing DVDS. I am afraid toopen them because they will mostdefinitely not take them back.
