Called because I thought they were apple and my MacBook crashed. I paid for the year long $199 plan, but then realized while i was on hold with customer service, that they were not Apple. I hung up and called back to cancel the plan, but since I had spoken to someone on the phone about the computer, they said they had run diagnostics and were charging me $59.99- the guy fixed nothing on my computer, and I've been on hold for 10 minutes, waiting for my confirmation of the $59.99 charge. What a waste of money and time - the whole thing has taken about 2 hours of my life, with my computer still broken and my bank account out $60. Absolutely horrible.
