Company will NOT acknowledge bad custoemr service. On Monday Decmeber 17th, I pre called a cab at 5:45 P.M. To pick me up at work at 12:15 A.M. I called at 12:20 A.M. And said, "Where is the cab?" I called back adn forth three times and the cab did NOT show up until 1:15 a. (Cab #20 Suzy) I was FORCEd to pay FULL fare and demand restituion from the owner Dean at (Personal Information Removed), who I called promptly the next day. Reassured me, " I will find out what ahppend and call you back." I told him I want one free cab voucher for my inconvenince. Never called back. Called numerous times and was told NOT to cal back and the PRPD was laerted to my calls. I was hARRASSING THEM! Do you believe that? I want TWO free cab vouchers from HIM, signed by him or I will take this further. To small claims court, if I have to! I still HAVE the receipts. Cab #20, Suzy can vouch for me that this happened. Oha nd also, they record theri phoen calls. Since when? Like i said, this cab was PRE-CALLED. Was told their were no Sedans out (which I prefer) and when I called, I even SAID, "If you can't send me a PR cab, fine, just send me a Des Plaines Community Cab." When I called at 12:20, they said, they had no DP Sedans. I said, I did NOT request THAT!
