Company will NOT acknowledge bad custoemr service. On Monday Decmeber 17th, I pre called a cab at 5:45 P.M. To pick me up at work at 12:15 A.M. I called at 12:20 A.M. And said, "Where is the cab?" I called back adn forth three times and the cab did NOT show up until 1:15 a. (Cab #20 Suzy) ...
