We signed up for the T-Mobile free flight program back in November. We called in on the right days and met all of the requirements. A couple weeks after sending in the application for the airplane tickets, we were informed that our applications were declined because we didn't sign up on the right day. After multiple phone calls to T-Mobile and TLC and nobody being able to tell us what was going on, they finally found a mistake that had been made in the computer and we were, in fact, eligible.
They told us that we should receive the vouchers at the first of March. One week into March we received one voucher, but not the other. We made another call to TLC and were told we had to wait until the end of the month before they could send out a new one. April 1st we called and requested that a new voucher be sent out. After more mess-ups and miscommunications, we finally received the second voucher the first week in June. Immediately after receiveing it, we filled both of them out and sent them back to TLC. Yesterday we received a phone call saying that we didn't fill out the vouchers correctly and they were sending us new ones - which the whole process will take another 3 weeks.
The only problem with all of this is that it's been going on for 8 months, and we were planning on using the tickets in Aug. At this point it doesn't look like they will have things processed in time. We've called Customer Service at T-Mobile and TLC numerous times, we've tried to contact managers, CEO's, whoever might have any sort of authority and it's gotten us no where. Is there anything else that can be done?
