I like the other people that complained had booked a driving test through this company thinking it was part of the goverments DVLA department. I paid the monies through PayPal and got a reciept of payment. When I dicovered that this company was'nt goverment run I cancelled the driving test and the DVLA confirmed the cancellation but instead of me getting the refund Direct Booking received it. I have e-mailed them but had no response. I believe PayPal should be responsible for this transaction as the have this company in their data bank. I will never trust PayPal again, I thought they had reputable companies only in their dealings. As I'm not the first to complain surely PayPal must take some action against thid company. A very very unhappy ex paypal user..
