I felt I had made the mistake and was willing to suck up the charges.in trying to find their phone number, I found this page and realized I was only one of many who were scammed. Following suggestions made on the comments page, I called and the agent said there was nothing I could do, but she would cancel my subscription. "After all, " she said, "You did agree with the terms and conditions." Then, I read customers' comments about demanding a refund. I called back, explained the problem and the agent hung up. On my third call, the agent again said sorry, but... I asked if the supervisor was there. She didn't let me talk to him/her, but she came back on the phone and said they were willing to refund the money on one item. I said that wasn't sufficient and that she needed to tell her supervisor that I was contacting the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, my credit card company, and possibly a lawyer. She hung up on me. We'll see!
