I was on the review and purchase page of the website. I decided to check for a review site to see if I could find out compatiblity info on magic jack and faxing. I finally found out that it does not support faxing. I then returned to the magicjack.com tab to cancel the order. The order had automatically confirmed and purchase had went through. After this I tried using the Live person chat and it does not work. I then called and after they said I would have to call back tomorrow after the order has processed ask said that was not possible I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said again call back tomorrow and then hung up on me. So I had to call back again a wait 20min. For an agent again and got the same results. I then ordered Vonage. Yes Magicjack is cheap but CS sucks and it is not reliable from what I have read.
