I filled out an online survey on Nov 27th which I thought was for visiting LLBean's website. I was offered a piece of jewelry for taking the survey, paying $5.99 for shipping which was charged to my Visa on that day. On Dec 11 my Visa was charged $98.00. I contacted BFM*MIUMILANO and was told that it was for a subscription service to get jewelry every month. They insisted that I should have read the terms and conditions in the offer. I insisted that it was a scam and told them I would dispute the charge with the credit card company if they did not take off the charge. They offered a refund of $50 saying that it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. I again said I would dispute the charge if they did not remove the charge. They then agreed to remove the charge and issued me cancelation number 76325. The supervisor who authorrized this was "Natalie, employee #651."
