I was duped into ordering a necklace for my wife that I thought was a FREE reward for a survey questionnaire I had just filled in for Intuit/Quicken. I did not not read all the Terms and Conditions of the order I placed because of my trust in Intuit. I did understand that I would have to pay $5.99 shipping for the necklace and gave my VISA card info for that. What I failed to understand was that, after 14 days "free trial" I would be billed another $98.00 through my card. And of course, by then, it was too late to return the product we received for refund. I have communicated with MiuMilano and found them non-cooperative. I have also complained through VISA.
