Called this morning and placed an order. Looked up the ingredients later and realized I had an allergy. Called back later and asked that they cancel my order, return the money they had already taken (even though I was told it wouldn't ship for two weeks), and email me a confirmation. The person on the phone Agent code5509 actually said they did not have email and could not email me a confirmation of my cancellation. I just wanted it in writing that my services were cancelled.
I just tried to email them via their website and conveniently my email will not go through. I hope my diligence nipped this in the bud, but I will not know or trust anything until I have written confirmation from the company. Wish me luck.
