I bought the kit of meaningful beauty for my sister In August I called to cancel recurring shipments within the time specifies by the company. I was very clear that I didn't want a new shipment. However they still sent a product for triple the amount (130.64 $). And since then they keep asking for the payment. I want to point out the scam doing by Meaningful Beauty and also, when I ask the meaningful beauty representative for my complaint, he pointed out to go to Proactive.com using another product name address instead. That tells a lot about the type of business they do. I already complained and they came with an excuse that I really didn't cancel the amount the recurring order which is not truth. I specifically asked the operator if they were to ship any other products and they said No! I wanted to avoid this issue since the beginning. However, the way Meaningful Beauty is doing business is not right.
