I ordered 2 items 2 different times. The first item was a Ben q tablet. When I received it the charger it came with was not for the US. The second item was a ride on car that I purchased as a christmas gift, after spending time and putting it together I wrapped it only to find that it did not work. How embarrassing is that to see the look on a 3yr old face. I contacted the nomoreack customer service and I was told to return the item I have called numerous times ti check the status and they have told me they have no info. I asked to speak to a supervisor and i was told that I couldn't because she would busy for an hour dealing with other people. This just lets me know that they are having a lot of complaints. I just want my money back.
