Christmas items BROKEN. Returned several weeks ago.
I have not received my merchadise credit as of today. I have continually emailed, called and checked back on the website for my credit.
Before Christmas I ordered my daughter a 7" MID tablet and Keyboard Case which did not work. The packaging looked like it was not NEW, (Like a returned re-packaged item). I was told a CREDIT for the full amount would be made to my account.)
After Christmas I informed Customer Service that the Tablet as well as the Keyboard case did not work. I was given a LA address and told to ship the items back to the warehouse for return.
I advised your company that I do not have the same credit card or bank and to exchange the items for NEW working items. After many phone calls someone told me that our do not exchange, but I would get credit and be able to REORDER.
As of today... Over three weeks ago, NOTHING! No credit... I have not heard a word?
Please, please have someone contact me as soon as possible regarding my return.
