Difficult Customer Service/Very Late Shipping/Dishonest Emails

I shopped at nomorerack.com before Christmas. According to their own records, the item was purchased around Dec. 10th. I received an email stating that the item was shipped on December 19th with an order number and tracking number. The email stated that the item was shipped via FedEx. Since this was a Christmas gift for my fiance', i was quite happy.

Now it is Jan 2nd and still my order has not be delivered. So in a quest for an actual answer, My fiance' Michelle began a hunt for corporate numbers, names and any other information that would be helpful in getting an answer.

So, finally we found a number (800) 463-3339 and speak to Kenae (a customer rep). She was very nice and can only work with the information given. When asked for a corporate number however or a supervisor, the answer is pretty much that the only way to get in touch with corporate is for her to put in a request and wait for someone to contact us.
